Canyon State it has been servicing the Phoenix metropolitan area since 2005. I started the company because I wanted to provide small and medium sized business the same products and services that enterprise businesses receive at a price they can afford. We want to be your IT department. Why pay for a full time low level IT person when for the same cost or less you can have enterprise level of support. We are different because we take a proactive approach in our support for your company. This way you are not constantly fighting problems that occur in your environment. This will eliminate downtime which can be very costly. We do this by monitoring your systems for vulnerabilities and fixing them before they cause problems. We treat each customer's computer system as if it was our own. Providing them with the same level of service I would expect in our office. With over 15 years of experience working with small to medium business, we have the knowledge needed to know what products and services to recommend for your business. We target small to medium sized businesses.
Our goal is to provide the SMB market with the best prices on enterprise class computer and telephone products for their business and to provide technical services that exceed their expectations!
Andrew Stowe Owner/Network Administrator Andy started Canyon State IT in 2005, a business that brings enterprise class product and first class IT support to the SMB market. By choosing partners like HP, Lenovo, Fortinet, Microsoft and Symantec to name a few, he is able to provide these products and competitive pricing to his customers. He also thinks tech support should be performed by qualified techs. That is why he offers Managed Services to his customers. This way his customers can have all the benefits of a full IT staff but only pay for the services they need. Being a small business owner himself it helps him better understand the needs of the SMB market.
Andy started in the service industry where he owned two successful businesses. In 1996 he started a company called Ace Communications. They were a contractor for Lucent Technologies. Ace Communications installed, configured and repaired phone systems. They also installed and tested Data and Voice cabling. In 2000 the telecommunications industry was changing so he sold Ace Communications. Wanting to move into the technology industry he got a network administrator job at a company called ComputerTech. They were a computer reseller and service company. While there he obtained his Microsoft MCSE training and certification. He also obtained several other certifications, including Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Cisco Certified Wireless LAN Field Engineer, CompTia Server+, CompTia A+, and CompTia Network+. ComputerTech closed the Phoenix location in 2005.
